We're finding the sweet, pungent Brussels sprout featured in all sorts of delicious preparations these days: tossed with bacon and maple syrup, and braised low and slow; drizzled with olive oil and caramelized under the broiler; sauteed with chorizo and garlic; even peeled into single leaves, fried, and tossed in a Thai-inspired chile sauce.
