Inspired by some of our favorite cocktail pairings, these icy granitas are drink and dessert rolled into one: Complex, floral Fernet is mixed with cola in a take on a favorite Argentine mixed drink; bourbon and Crème de Menthe are chilled down into a slushy mint julep; Campari comes together with fresh grapefruit juice for a pale pink, slightly bitter libation; and frozen sherry gets a delicately spicy lift from cardamom. Simple and refreshing, they make a perfect pre- or post-dinner treat on hot summer days.
